Luis Razo, Founder
Luis Razo Bravo founded Educapro in 2010 to develop innovative learning and performance solutions for the international business and workforce managment industry. He is responsible for Educapro’s long term strategy and for rolling out Educapro’s business model in the United States and Europe. Luis is passionate about our collective ability to create a more efficient, more productive and more universally profitable world through strategic, business-driven learning.
Before founding Educapro and creating the Stratety™ training evaluation platform, Luis studied psychometrics at Harvard University and was later trained as a business consultant in California. He currently conducts research and teaches Business at the Barcelona Graduate School of Management. He also participates frequently in Educapro’s online, interactive Harvard Business Case Analyses.

Oscar Palacio, CFO
As the chief financial officer, Oscar Palacio is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, including the development of our financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to exploit company assets and report accurate financial results.
Mr. Palacio brings a wealth of experience to the role. He is a professor of Accounting and Finance at the Ramón Llull (IQS) University of Barcelona and has more than 15 of experience in financial consulting. He is also a post-graduate professor of Real Estate College of API of Barcelona.
Mr. Palacio oversees all of Educapro’s external training, auditing and knowledge benchmarking services in the area of accounting and finance. Watch some of his work here.
Ashutosh Mundra, CTO
As our chief technology officer, Mr. Mundra is responsible for implementing, contributing and assisting the executive team to formalize Educapro’s technical vision. He leads all aspects of technology development, according to the strategic direction and growth objectives established by top management.
His role includes leading the strategy for our internal and external technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships as well as building and managing the distributed technology team. Mr. Mundra anticipates and reacts to technological changes and develops the company’s contingency plan to keep the business on track.
Mr. Mundra is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. He has more than 10 years of IT experience working with diverse global teams and for various multinational organizations like Oracle, Cognizant and Metalogic Systems. He is passionate about Technology & Entrepreneurship.
